Workout Preview

This quick and simple leg workout is safe for any pregnant or postpartum mom's. It is also good for any beginners. Minimal equipment used, but can definitely be done without the mini band.

- Side shuffle squat 30x

- Backwards lunge 15x per leg

- Curtsy lunge 15x per leg

- Walking lunges 24 steps total

- Donkey kicks 12x per leg

- Fire hydrants 12x per leg

Aim to do 3-4 rounds. Enjoy!
