Bump Fit and Rehab Part 1
I'm so glad you're interested in getting back into fitness and exercises after having a baby. As a mother of 4, I know how challenging it can be to find the time and energy for exercise. But sticking to a regular workout routine is so important for both your physical and mental health during this transition.
This is a 6 week LIVE program that is perfect for postpartum women who want to rebuild their strength safely and effectively. It focuses on the fundamentals of exercise, breath work and postural alignment to bring your body back to optimal health. With the help of our experienced Pelvic Floor Therapist (Dr. Sigri Reyes), you will learn how to move safely, effectively and with confidence. Bump Fit and Rehab Part 1 will help you regain your strength, achieve your fitness goals and take back control of your body.
Each week we will have a LIVE 1 hour virtual meeting where we will dive into all sorts of movements and exercises that will progressively build over the course of the 6 weeks.
You will have LIFETIME access to the recording as well a weekly PDF guide that includes exercises for that session.
